RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The Haddens is an exclusive house and late cancellations affect us greatly. We require a current credit card with expiry date to confirm your reservation.

If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your visit, a 25 percent charge applies. Within seven days, or for no-shows, the full tariff will be charged. However, if the house is successfully rebooked by another party a refund will be made.

We advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes in travel plans.

For the comfort and well being of all our guests we ask that the unit be kept smokefree and that if a smoker please step outside to smoke.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include the 12.5% government Goods and Service Tax.
